After Camps Bay, you pass the seaside town of Llandudno, which has cleverly preserved its exclusivity. A thoroughfare has never been built, stores and restaurants are nowhere to be found and the only attraction for non-residents is the unofficial but tolerated nudist beach Sandy Bay. To reach it, drive to the "Sunset Rocks Parking" in the southern part of the village and then walk for another 15-20 minutes. Hiking enthusiasts can walk along the beautiful hiking trail near the sea between Hout Bay and Llandudno or start south of the Eastern Battery and explore the former manganese mines on foot.
